- Participants must satisfy all eligibility requirements contained within the Official Rules.
- Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Void where prohibited.
- Additional promotional opportunities may be offered in the future and will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
- The advertised prize pool is up to $500,000 and is governed by the Official Rules.

Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating in the Betsi Promotional Giveaway (the “Promotion”).
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor may be ineligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on a date determined by Sponsor and ends on a date determined by Sponsor, as published by Sponsor from time to time.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter by completing the Betsi waitlist registration form during the Promotion Period.
The first 5,000 eligible users who successfully register may receive one (1) complimentary promotional entry.
Limit one complimentary entry per person, household, email address, and IP address unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to receive a complimentary entry.
ADDITIONAL ENTRIES
Additional promotional entries, if offered, shall be governed by separate promotional terms published by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to establish additional promotional opportunities, bonuses, or incentives.
PRIZES
The Promotion may feature a total advertised promotional prize pool of up to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD $500,000).
Actual prize amounts, number of winners, prize structure, distribution schedule, and award methodology shall be determined exclusively by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.
WINNER SELECTION
Potential winners will be selected in accordance with procedures established by Sponsor and described within the Promotion details.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners may be required to complete eligibility verification documents before receiving any prize. Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification.
TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with receipt of any prize.
Sponsor may issue tax documentation as required by law.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/ state of residence, photographs, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Attempts to tamper with the Promotion;
- Uses automated systems, bots, or fraudulent methods;
- Provides false information;
- Engages in conduct deemed harmful to Sponsor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical failures, lost entries, interrupted communications, website outages, or unauthorized human intervention
MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.
PRIVACY
Information collected from participants is subject to the Betsi Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to Sponsor collecting and using personal information for the administration of the Promotion and marketing communications, subject to applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
SPONSOR RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor regarding the Promotion shall be final and binding.
